Emptiness is the absence of thoughts and things, aversions and attachments, justifications, conditions, and doubts. It is formless, free energy.
Meditation is the entrance.
Take a few deep breaths, then let your breath be on its own.
Notice the sensations in your body,
Piece by piece, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
Perhaps there's a tingling, an itching, a throbbing, a stabbing, or nothing at all.
Do not linger in one spot.
Observe and move on.

If you notice that you are thinking, bid the thought farewell as if it were a loved one:
"Nice to see you. I'm currently aware of my present moment, and I don't need you right now. So, you can be somewhere else for now. I'll be here for you later."
