Scope of application

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply in the version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract for all contractual relationships between the participants (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") in Retreats, Mentorships and Masterclasses (hereinafter referred to as "Seminars") of Sven Hagolani, 10435 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").

Individual agreements for individually agreed seminars and consultations take precedence over the following GTC and are merely supplemented by them.

You can register for the seminar by email or via the website of the provider. With the registration you offer the provider the conclusion of a contract under inclusion of these terms and conditions. If you register via the website or by email, you will receive a written registration confirmation by email within three working days.

Your registration will only be binding after transfer of the ticket price or the deposit. After receipt of payment we will send you a registration confirmation by email. Only with this confirmation the contract is concluded.

The provider is entitled to refuse the registration without giving reasons.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

With your registration you take full responsibility for yourself and your actions - during the journey, during the seminar and on the return journey. You are responsible for any personal injury or damage to property and its consequences.

You are obliged to take appropriate measures to prevent and minimize damages.

The contractual and legal liability of the provider and its vicarious agents is excluded, unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence.

This exclusion does not apply

  • for mandatory legal liabilities;

  • for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health;

  • for the fulfillment of obligations that make the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the participants may regularly rely (essential contractual obligations). In this case, the negligent liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

For participation a stable mental and physical condition is required and that you come free of fever and "healthy".

Final provisions

The validity of the provisions is not affected by any invalidity of individual provisions of these terms and conditions.

Applicable law/court of jurisdiction

The contractual relationship between the provider and you is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If you conclude the contract as an entrepreneur, the parties agree that Berlin shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
